Ankra Cloud · Early access

Run by software and AI. Priced like it.

Much of a cloud bill pays for the work around the servers: operating, upgrading, supporting, billing. Ankra Cloud automates that work, puts AI agents on the same API, and passes the saving on. Servers in Sweden and France from €1.49 a month.

Where the money goes

A cloud bill, minus the overhead

Running a cloud costs more than its hardware. The rest is management, and management is what software and AI are good at. Every line we automate is a line you stop paying for.

Upgrades

A fleet upgrade stops no servers

The node agent upgrades underneath running servers, one host at a time, and the rollout halts itself on the first failure. Releases ship through a pipeline that checks health before it switches over.

Live in every zone

Recovery

A failed host is fenced, then replaced

When a host stops answering it is powered off and cut from storage, and only then do its servers restart elsewhere. Before planned work, live migration empties the host first.

In zones with replicated storage, rolling out zone by zone

AI agents

Every operation is a tool an agent can call

The whole cloud sits behind one API, exposed over the Model Context Protocol. Our operators hand routine work to AI agents through it, and the same door is open to yours.

AI on your side of the bill

The second saving is your own time.

A cheaper server only helps if it does not cost you an engineer to look after. The same automation and AI that keep our running cost down are there to keep yours down.

Ask the cloud about itself

Early access

Ankra AI in the console answers from your own account: servers, plans, backups and spend. It drafts diagrams and runbooks, and it proposes rather than acts, so every change stays your decision.

What is my biggest cost this month?

Ankra AI

worker-1. It runs premium-4c-8g at €31.99 a month. If it does not need dedicated cores, starter-4c-8g has the same cores and memory for €7.49.

An AI platform engineer on top

Available

Add Ankra Platform and its AI agents run Kubernetes on your Ankra Cloud servers: no platform team to hire before the first deploy.

Meet the AI platform engineer
  • Investigates incidents and explains what broke
  • Reviews pull requests and failing pipelines, and opens the fix
  • Acts only as far as the autonomy you set
The managed layer

The parts of the stack nobody should run by hand

Kubernetes, databases and caches on the same automated infrastructure. Each card says exactly where it stands today.

Early access

Managed Kubernetes

A control plane run by Ankra, node pools on your Ankra Cloud servers, and the cloud controller and CSI driver already installed.

Nobody to run the control plane

DigitalOceanDOKS: free control plane, $40 a month for high availability

Early access

Managed PostgreSQL

PostgreSQL 17 on a private network with TLS that verifies the server. From €15 a month for 1 vCPU and 2 GiB, plus €0.12 per GiB of storage.

Nobody to patch and tune a database server

DigitalOceanFrom $15.15 a month for 1 vCPU and 1 GiB

Coming

Managed caches

Valkey, the open source successor to Redis, on the same managed-service engine as PostgreSQL. Existing Redis clients connect unchanged.

Nobody to babysit a cache

DigitalOceanValkey from $15 a month

Also on the way, zone by zone

Replicated storage

Volumes on Ceph, with live migration and automatic restart after a host failure.

Object storage

S3-compatible buckets in every zone, for backups and assets.

Off-host backups

Scheduled volume backups kept away from the host that runs the server.

Ankra Cloud On-PremEarly access

Your own cloud, in your own building.

The automation that runs Ankra Cloud, installed on servers you own. One API for virtual machines, storage, networking, Kubernetes and PostgreSQL, operated by AI agents instead of a private-cloud team.

AI operations

Agents investigate incidents and propose the fix. You approve every change.

Kubernetes

Clusters built and operated by Ankra Platform, from your Git repository.

Managed PostgreSQL

Highly available databases on a private network.

Networking

EVPN and BGP private networks, load balancers and edges, IPv6 first.

Storage

Ceph block and S3-compatible object storage, replicated across your hosts.

Compute

KVM virtual machines on Cloud Hypervisor, the engine behind every Ankra Cloud server.

How an install goes.

Typically five to six weeks · 99.9% Kubernetes API availability target

  1. 01

    Size it

We size the hardware with you from what you run today, and send a bill of materials you can buy from any vendor.

  2. 02

    Rack and connect

Your servers, your racks, your network. Hosts need outbound HTTPS to reach Ankra. A fully air-gapped install is its own engagement.

  3. 03

    Join the hosts

Each server joins with one command and a join token. Ankra brings up the hypervisor, storage and networking and adds the host to the pool.

  4. 04

    Hand over

The same console, API, CLI and Terraform provider as Ankra Cloud, running in your building.

What you install

The whole cloud: hypervisor, storage, networking and managed services.

Morpheus: A management layer across the hypervisors and clouds you choose.

Kubernetes

Clusters Ankra builds and operates, with stacks, add-ons and GitOps from your repository.

Morpheus: Its own Kubernetes service for provisioning and upgrades.

Day-2 operations

AI agents that read logs, events and metrics and propose the fix.

Morpheus: Workflows and tasks your team writes and maintains.

For developers

Pipelines, pull-request previews and push-to-deploy on the same platform.

Morpheus: A self-service catalogue of VMs and blueprints.

Burst and recovery

The same API on Ankra Cloud in Sweden and France, for spare capacity and off-site backups.

Morpheus: Connect a public cloud account.

Early access installs are open to a small number of teams. We will price the same estate on your own servers, line by line.

European sovereignty

Cheaper is not the only reason

A data centre in Frankfurt does not make a cloud European. What matters is who runs it and whose law they answer to. Your servers, disks and networks run only in EU zones, on infrastructure a Swedish company built and operates itself.

Pricing

Hourly, with a monthly cap

A resource's hourly price is its monthly price divided by 730, and it never costs more in a calendar month than its monthly price. Inbound traffic, private networks and private-network traffic are free.

Cost-optimized

€1.49 / month

Starter plans, 1 to 16 vCPU. The lowest price per core.

Balanced

€2.49 / month

Cloud native plans with more disk, sized for Kubernetes nodes.

Dedicated CPU

€3.49 / month

Premium plans whose cores are yours alone, up to 64 GiB.

IPv6 first

Every server gets a routed public IPv6 /64 in its price. IPv4 addresses are what make small servers expensive, so an IPv4 address is a €4 add-on. Most servers never need one: a network edge serves IPv4 clients, and NAT64 reaches the IPv4 internet.
